10 Gnomes 9: Chemistry

Most people don't know it, but Gnomes are actually a chemical element, with the chemical symbol 'Gn'. It's hardly surprising that this is not widely known though since most scientists think the inclusion of Gnomes (Gn) on the Periodic Table would make them all look a bit silly, and less respected than they are when colliding bosons and stuff like that. What is surprising though is that 10 Gnomes 9: Chemistry does not even touch on the subject. I can only assume that the 'scientists' have something on Murtaugh, or are threatening him with exposure to Gnome Dioxide (Gn02), one of the most deadly substances known (secretly) to man... SSSG: Forgotten Asylum

If you've forgotten where you put your asylum then playing SSSG: Forgotten Asylum may well help. That's assuming you can operate the mouse from the confines of your straight jacket [subbed by Cyberjar88 & Mystery].

SSSG Cool Places

In SSSG Cool Places you have to find a load of crystals. That's crystals, not cristals, which would have been a bit cooler [subbed by Cyberjar88 & Mystery].

Art Class Escape

Back in the olden days, when I was a child, I frequently attempted Art Class Escape, because I was a cool rebel, don't you know, and all us cool kids were busy doing quadratic equations as much as possible, and we all knew art was only for squares... [subbed by f00].

Pumpkin Escape

Once they had done the basic visuals for Pumpkin Escape there were only two viable names for the game: the final winner Pumpkin Escape and, of course, the unfortunately rejected, Orange Buttocks Escape. You understand though, that had there not been an Halloween style festivity on the horizon, that Orange Buttocks Escape would have been the clear winner. Obviously [subbed by Buji].

Icon Room Escape

You'll just have to make up your own completely irrelevant description, imagine a screen shot, and link, via some awful pun, to a song on youtube for Icon Room Escape as I just don't have time to do the honors right now (I won't bore you with my 'to do' list, suffice to say I am very busy). BTW - Is it just me, or does this week feel plain weird and there seems to be way to much to do compared to normal? I've had this discussion with a couple of people and no one seems to be having a great week this week for some reason. I can't quite put my finger on what's up, I've had other busy weeks, but they didn't feel weird like this week, I just want it to be over now and get back to normality [subbed by bauerpower, Erika Zeni, Mystery & Stacey].

UPDATE: This post now with added picture. Woohoo :)

Room Bath

I believe the idea of Room Bath is to escape the (bath) room, despite the obvious lack of a door, but the most noticeable, and worrying, thing about the whole game/room is the code locked toilet. What kind of evil minded puzzle setter would consider such a thing? The lesson to us all here is that whilst point'n'click games might be fun, never even consider letting a point'n'click game designer have a say in outfitting your bathroom. At least, not unless you have a really strong bladder and/or super excellent puzzle solving skills... [subbed by anon, Electra, myuhinny & none].

Escape The Den

Originally I asked myself why would I want to Escape The Den? To me dens are cozy rooms that house slouchy leather armchairs, drinks decanters concealed in fake book cases, and other cool stuff. But this one is more like a home office, which, as a home worker myself, I can fully understand wanting to escape [subbed by VF99, Doc, Electra & Baruchi].

Nekonote - Find The Dwarfs

Use your point'n'click skills in Nekonote - Find The Dwarfs to find the little orange stick men (a.k.a 'the dwarfs') in this Halloween themed collection of cuteness [subbed by Cruzinn & Cyberjar88].

Retro Room

I would normally demand the inclusion of lava lamps and bean bags for a room to even be considered retro, but I'll let Retro Room slide, despite these obvious omissions, since I'm feeling all weekendy and nice today. Think yourself lucky though Retro Room, had this been Monday, and not Saturday I would have been totally on your case. Then you would have been sorry, believe me. I have quite the temper don't you know [subbed by Buji].
